ADTH brand products are warranted for a 12-month period for labor and parts. Warranty period starts from the original date of consumer or end-user purchase.

If the products you purchased are not functioning properly, please contact the technical department of the reseller that you have purchased the products from first. They may be able to troubleshoot the problem or provide the necessary parts for you in a timely manner.

The Exclusive Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Damages due to Acts of God, natural disaster, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
2. ADTH product that has been modified or incorporated into other products
3. All Incidental and consequential damages.
