   RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Call customer service at (770) 451-9777 for an RMA # before returning any product. RMA # is good for 14 days only.

Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. Customer is strongly advised to insure all items shipped back to ADTH. ADTH will not be responsible for any lost or damaged return merchandise.

All merchandise returned to ADTH must come with a copy of the original purchase invoice and a complete description of the problem encountered by the customer. Customers should also mark the assigned RMA # LEGIBLY on the outside of each box being returned. ADTH warehouse will refuse any packages that come without an RMA#.

All returned merchandise will go through complete testing procedure to determine the problem. Problem-free merchandise will be accessed a fee of US$25.00 plus shipping charges. All warranty charges, if applicable, have to be prepaid, before products are returned to customers.

ADTH will not handle and will refuse merchandise from customers under any one of the following conditions:

    Merchandise is returned without RMA # or a copy of the purchase invoice.

    Serial number is different from that recorded on the original invoice.

    Merchandise is found not sold by ADTH or its authorized distributors or dealers.

    Merchandise is found to have Repair, Modification, Adjustment, or Installation of parts done by

             anyone other than an ADTH authorized service center personnel.
